A lovely flowing class incorporating the principles of Pilates,plus a few giggles! We do squats & lunges to tone and strengthen the glutes, leg pull, 4 point kneeling swimming and the hover. Some side lying work to target the core & deep glutes then abdominal work incorporating the one hundred, neck pull and single leg stretch ending up with some lovely stretches.
